SEALED BIDDING FAQ's


What is Ichiban’s Sealed Bidding Process:


- Minimum Bid Amount for each unit is shown Online and Onsite.

- Inspection Dates and Bidding Schedule will be announced.

- All Sealed Bids will be opened Onsite in front of Bidders present and Online thru Livestream.

- Bidders with the highest Bid Amount shall be declared as the winner for each unit.

- In case of TIE-BID, Ichiban's Sales Team will call those particular bidders and allow them to offer the next higher bid amount and will be shown on Livestream.

How to register?


A. Fill out our Registration Form. Click Here

B. Email to us the completed Registration Form together with 1 Copy of Government Valid Passport or Driver's License.

C. PHP 100,000 deposit is Mandatory:
Either make inter-branch Deposit or pay Onsite upon inspection. Such Deposit is Refundable or Deductible from the Total Bid Amount.

D. Upon validation of items B & C, you will be given a unique Bidder Number to join our Sealed Auction. For Online Access, a unique login details will be emailed to each registered bidder.

Can I inspect the unit?


- Yes, we highly recommend inspection of all Units that you want.

- Inspection Dates will be announced.

- Our staff will assist all Buyers and Mechanics.

How do I pullout the unit?


- Each winning Bidder will receive a Statement of Account, showing Winning Bid Amount less PHP 100,000 deposit.

- Payment should be by Bank Manager's Check or Inter-Branch Deposit to our Account. At present, CASH PAYMENT upon pull-out can be accepted but highly discouraged.

Payment thru Bank Financing?


Yes, we can accept this Transaction but details should be discussed and Approved by Ichiban upon Registration.
